Lead swim practice for our either our 11-14 age group or 10&Under age group (2-5x/week flexible), ensuring alignment with the Head Coach's vision and the club's overall objectives. Written dryland and in-water workouts will be provided for each practice. Coaching at swim meets approximately one weekend / month desired, but optional.
